As a Platinum Level Investor you will receive one Lifetime Family Membership Package to Players Pickleball Club and one seat on the Board of Directors if you convert your note to units.
Your investment will be established as a 36 month convertible note with an annual accrual percentage of 10%, with a conversion discount of 20% off the fair market value of common Players Pickleball Club stock units. You can request to convert your investment to common units anytime within the 36 month period, however Players Pickleball Club ownership reserves the right to buy out your note in lieu of converting to units.
